  • What is a Virtual Santa Run?
    A virtual race is one in which you can run, walk, jog or skip at your own pace from your own place.
  • How do I participate in America’s Santa Run?

  • Is there a sizing chart for the long sleeve shirt?
    The long sleeve shirts will be true-to-size and we a sizing chart will be posted soon.
  • Do I need a GPS watch or fancy equipment to participate in America’s Santa Run?
    Nope! But if you have a smartphone you can download the We Run The World app with Runkeeper functionality to record your run and upload data in real time.
  • What do I get for participating?
    All participants will receive the America's Santa Run long sleeve shirt, custom 2020 race bib, finisher medal and shipping. Please note, shipping is included for domestic US addresses only.
  • When do I need to run America's Santa Run?
    We highly encourage Christmas Day, December 25, 2020. But with a virtual race if that date doesn’t work you can still participate. The official window for results is December 20th - December 31st!
  • When will I get my swag?
    Participant goods will start shipping the Monday, December 6th, which is the Monday after Thanksgiving. If you register after Monday, December 6th your participant goods will be shipped out within 72 hours of registering. To guarantee your goods arrive before Christmas please register before December 15th. IMPORTANT: We can only ship within the United States. *Swag will be mailed once; returned packages will not be re-mailed.
  • What is the race course?
    That's up to you! Pick your favorite local route, head to a park or run on the treadmill.
  • How can I connect with a virtual running community?
    Join our Facebook Group! Join the America's Santa Run Facebook Group and cheer on your fellow runners and walkers! CLICK HERE to join.
  • What activity types will count? Running, walking, jogging?"
    YES! You're welcome to walk, jog or run your America's Santa Run.
  • Can I still participate if I don't download the app?
    You sure can! We will be sending out info close to event day with all the details on manually inputting your run on a computer.
  • How is America's Santa Run raising funds for Trees For Troops?
    100% of fundraising efforts through America's Santa Run will go directly to Trees for Troops. Additionally we are donating a dollar per registration plus an additional dollar per merchandise purchase.
  • Can I get a refund on my registration?
    All race registrations are non-refundable.
  • How does the referral program work?
    - Log into your participant dashboard found here. - On the top toolbar click "Promote" and open a new tab. - Scroll down to the "Your Events" tab where you'll have the option to Refer a Friend. You can share your personal registration link on social media or just copy the link and paste it in an email to friends and family. -Every time someone clicks your link and registers you get the credit for being a promoter! - But more important you get a $5 credit per registration from your link usage. - The payout will happen every two weeks once a minimum of $15 is in your account. - For more information check out the details in your promoter dashboard.
  • Can I ship my packet to a PO Box?
    NO. Unfortunately FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. You must put a physical address in order for your packet to arrive on time.
